amazing service! very friendly, and informative. my cat had to stay here for 3-4 days, and they remained in contact with us the whole time. walked us through the process, and answered all questions. they sent us photos of her anytime we asked, and we were allowed to visit. my cat returned to us happy, and healthy thanks to the wonderful staff!

I was disappointed with our visit this last time. I don’t know if they were short staffed or what, but to spend 6+ hours there was a little excessive. I would understand that more if they had urgent cases to care for but that definitely wasn’t the case. The care was ok, but almost felt dismissive. I’ll most likely go to a different clinic next time.

Dr. Rennie Waldron was the second neurologist my Ra-Anubis saw and the 1st to actually know what was going on with him. He woke up one morning in April, knuckling and wobbling. We went everywhere trying to get answers and help him. It wasn’t until visiting Dr. Waldron in July that we got what we were searching for. Her and the neuro team make us feel right at home. Very caring, warm, and attentive. They listened to everything and asked so many questions. The Dr. explained everything from what was happening, to what could have caused it, to what to do moving forward. My dog even gave her the sign of approval; and if you knew my dog that’s reserved for people in his pack only. I drove almost 4 hours one way just to see her. 100% worth it and will drive there again if needed. I would give 10 stars if I could!! Absolutely loved every one!!
