I can’t say enough good things about this emergency animal hospital. They saved my Mozzarella after she swallowed a dish towel and needed surgery. She is at home recovering comfortably now. She’s always been a very anxious dog around new people but she warmed up to the staff here and had a good experience. They truly care.

Dear Dr. A. Allen, I can't thank you enough, there are just no words to say how grateful I am that you were the one taking care of my baby Pete Pete. All of my questions were answered as my wheels were turning a 100 miles a minute, lol. When I brought him in I was extremely emotional and I am even now because I am ecststic over my baby's progress. Thank you for choosing to be a doctor! Thank you to the nurses and ALL of the staff at Fletch. Dr. Allen you are a blessing to so many pawparents who have the opportunity to entrust their babies care to you. Thank you again and a multitude of blessing to you.

Recently, we learned that our 10-month-old kitten needed to have a kidney removed. Dr. McGrath saved our little girl's life. Dr. McGrath was very understanding and compassionate, and explained everything to us before the surgery. Dr. McGrath answered any questions we had and explained things in an easy-to-understand way. We have had to take other cats to the emergency vet in the past, and I wish I had known about Fetch then because the staff is amazing and I highly recommend Fetch! Our little kitten is healing well and doing fantastic, all thanks to Dr. McGrath and the other staff at Fetch!

DON’T COME HERE UNLESS YOUR ANIMAL IS DYING. I called at least 6 hours ahead of time to make sure I wouldn’t be wasting my time bringing my cat in. I explained exactly what my cat needed, and I was assured over the phone they would be able to help. Because of that, I canceled my appointment with my primary veterinarian, believing my cat would receive the care it needed here. Instead, after waiting over an hour, I was told to take my pet back to my primary vet. If they couldn’t provide the care I called about, they should have told me that before I changed my plans and drove over. Their misinformation delayed my cat’s treatment and wasted valuable time while my cat needed care. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I will never come here again. After this experience, I have absolutely no trust in this hospital and wouldn’t trust them with another one of my animals.
